My order never arrived. / An item is missing from my shipment!

If you haven't received your order, check its status by clicking "TRACK MY ORDER" at the top of the homepage of STLMedical.com. You will be prompted to sign in or enter your billing e-mail address and order number. From there, you can see the status of your order.
