What is your Return Policy?

  1. All return requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase date.
  2. Contact us to approve a return prior to shipping the item back to us.
  3. Personal care products will not be accepted for return for any reason other than defect. (Personal care products are any products that are worn against the body or used for feeding purposes, etc.)
  4. All products covered under manufacturer warranty must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
  5. Special order products will not be accepted for return. Specialty non-stock items are non-refundable.
  6. Defective products will be exchanged only for new product of the same or like description. This applies to products that are not warranted and are 30 days old or less.
  7. Once approved for return, care should be taken in packing your return. All goods will be subject to inspection upon receipt prior to credit consideration.
